Pinnacle Security Inside Sales experienced 150% growth from 2008 to 2009 and we are on pace for another 100% growth in 2010. In 2009 we had less than a 25% turnover of our agents ... compare that to more than 300% turnover from some of our competitors. We are not a chop shop that hires anyone and just hopes they make a few sales before they quit. Obviously, we can't guarantee that you'll make $200,000 in the next 12 months, although it is completely possible as it has been done before. However, any decent sales agent will easily make $60,000. Expectations for Inexperienced Agents: If you have never before sold home security systems you will start out on warm leads and be expected to generate 10 installed sales. After you have generated 10 installed accounts (that should take roughly one month), you will move onto the hot leads. Our basic expectation for any agent on hot leads is 17 installed accounts per month. Expectations for Experienced Security Sales Agents: You will start out on our best leads and be expected to generate a minimum of 17 installed accounts per month within 60 days. Our average for experienced agents is closer to 30 installs per month. Our top agents sell roughly 68 accounts per month. We are currently hiring for two shifts, 7:30am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Pay $7.25 per hour plus commission, bonus and incentive.
