What office will I work in?
If you are currently working with a manager, you will report to his office. If you would like to request a certain area to work in, please speak to one of the executives.

Can I sell around here before the summer starts?
You may sell before the summer starts if you are properly licensed (which we would be happy to assist you with). All your good standing accounts, installed before the summer, will count towards your bonus amount.

Do I need a car and a cell phone?
Sharing a car with friends is suggested, but your manager can make sure you get to where you need to be. A cell phone is a must. The phone will help you be more productive.

Where will I live and with whom?
The company will arrange for your housing. You may live with friends or your manager will assign you an apartment.

Will I be compensated for travel to my area?
You are eligible to recieve up to $400 in training bonus' to facilitate your travel needs.

When do I start selling?
As soon as your manager arrives in the area you should start selling. We strongly suggest selling as much as possible before the summer to ensure a successful transition.

Do I have to pay rent?
Rent is $400 per month and it will not be deducted until the end of the summer. If you achieve your rent bonuses, no rent will be deducted.

How will I be paid in the summer?
You will receive $225 up front on each installed contract. Ask your manager about bonuses we have available on non-qualifying accounts.

What is the daily schedule like?
We suggest 11:00 am to dark. Your Area Manager will set up a schedule for success.

Do I get time off during the summer?
You are allotted 4 days off during the summer. Check with your manager to get more information on which days are not available and other important information.

Can I access my accounts during the summer to see my progress?
All employees will have access to his/her account via a Web site set up for this purpose. Pinnacle has invested over $750,000 on a customized Great Plains database. This state-of-the-art technology will ensure your ability to fillow up with all of your customers, your comparison with other salesmen, and payroll.

Will there be someone to help me learn the sales process?
pinnacle will provide four major training sessions before the summer selling season begins. Every week at the Pinnacle building you can attend an informal training meeting that will focus on specific skills. But most importantly, almost every evening, our trainers will take you out knocking on doors. Real door-to-door training is vital to your success with Pinnacle Security.

Am I required to maintain a relationship with the customer after I have sold the account?
We strongly recommend that you always follow up with your customers, but you are not obligated to take care of anything after the summer. We have a staff of experienced customer care professionals who will make sure your customers stay satisfied.

What happens if there are mistakes on my year-end pay check?
Every employee will be given the opportunity to meet with and reconcile his/her bonus with a company executive. Please make your appointment shortly after returning from the summer. Any mistakes can be quickly taken care of.

Can I become a manager after my first year of selling?
Yes. Do your best and work hard. Qualifications for a manager are not necessarily "the most installs," although that wouldn't hurt. Managers must posess leadership qualities and have the ability to deal fairly with others. If you meet these qualifications, we want you to manage.

Are there opportunities to move up in the company?
Pinnacle is always looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals. If you meet these requirements, the sky is the limit.

What is the best way to involve my friend in summer selling with Pinnacle Security?
